Ali is a perfectionist who believes in going above and beyond to accommodate her clients’ needs. She has a knack of figuring out all your requirements and conveying it to the rest of the team. What’s her secret? With 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she has seen it all. She used to own and manage the prestigious Star Food Catering before she collaborated with us. During that time her clients in the print photography industry included: Vogue, Marie Claire, Kors Film, Kohl's, etc.

Henry Padilla
Partner / Chef
Born in Brooklyn, NY, Henry has been a part of the food scene for more than three decades. Henry started off his career playing the role of sous chef/chef in some of the most esteemed kitchens in South Florida. By 1997, he had found his calling in the television and film catering industry. He eventually opened up his own catering business in 2003. He was the head chef at Star Food Personal Chef Service before fate led him to our doors. His experience: Since 1997, Henry has served a delectable menu for many production sets. Like Miami Vice, Contact, The Other Woman, Bad Boys, The Insider, All About the Benjamin’s, The Fast and The Furious and Pain and Gain, to name a few.
With his magical culinary skills, you’re bound to be served with a drool-worthy menu.
Victor Falchetti
Partner / Management
Victor merges his knowledge of gastronomy and fine dining services to provide our clients with the best gourmet catering services in the industry. He is attuned to your needs and ensures that our menus resonate with your palette. What’s his story? Victor stepped into the culinary scene 40 years ago and plans to stay here for eternity. Back in the mid-eighties, he worked at a restaurant called Windows on the World that was located in the World Trade Center. This guy has been travelling the world with a fork and has acquired the skill of managing offbeat menus like a pro.
His supervisory skills ensure that your cast and crew are never hungry!
